ACM Programming Contest
  2008 Rocky Mountain Regional Contest  

Utah Valley University is a host for the Rocky Mountain Regional Contest of the ACM Programming Contest. UVU is in Orem, Utah and was formerly Utah Valley State College (UVSC).

Programming Environment

The programming environment has not yet been finalized. Please check back for updates.

The programming environment will be Fedora 9 Linux.

Editors:
emacs, vi, nano, gedit

Compilers:
gcc for C
g++ for C++
javac for Java (and java for executing Java programs)

IDE:
The Eclipse IDE (version 3.4.0) will be available for Java and C++.

Java:
Java SE 1.6 will be available for use with Eclipse or the command line tools. There will be a local copy of the Java API documentation available on each team's computer.

NOTE: All printouts must have your team number at the beginning.
