There's an intruder somewhere in this base and it's your job to find him. Click on one of the flashing yellow alert icons on the base map to get security reports that will help you determine the intruder's location.
Many of the security reports will look something like this:
Some security reports will refer to Sectors, like this:
If two different alert icons show the same security report, like The intruder is not in the Bot Hanger, then it means that the intruder is not in any location in that sector (Sector I in this case). There will only be duplicate security reports for one location if the intruder is not in that location's sector. This extra information about security reports can make a big difference, but you have to make sure you are getting the same clue from two different alerts and not from clicking on the same alert two times.
Once you have figured out which location the intruder is in, click on the button with that location's name on the left-hand side of the game page.
You have one minute to pinpoint the intruder's location. If you are running out of time and you don't know where the intruder is but have narrowed down the possibilities you might want to go with a hunch. If your hunch pays off you'll be in great shape, but if it doesn't there will be a penalty deducted from your security rating.
It's possible to get security ratings that are well over 100. It's also possible to get a negative security rating, although that usually doesn't happen unless a security agent makes one or more wrong guesses.
If your security rating is over 100, you've done pretty well.
If your security rating is between 50 and 100, you're getting there, but still need to improve.
If your security rating is between 0 and 50, you've got a lot to learn.
If your security rating is less than 0, stop sleeping on the job and start paying attention to those security reports!
